Hotfix 1.0.2

Hotfix 1.0.2 is the current version on this wiki, dated 4 September 2026, one day after launch. The PC notes name four fixes: Farkas dialogue after nearby NPC deaths, Lunka tutorial pathing, Uriashi holy-sword crafting, and a controller dead zone while sprinting. Gone gold was 15 July 2026. Launch 1.0.0 was midnight CEST on 3 September 2026, with Steam’s US store date showing 2 Sep because of the timezone split. The timeline below is those three dated first-party events, nothing else Console hotfix timing is not in the captured PC news row, so this page does not invent it.

What 1.0.2 actually changed

Farkas: dialogue could break after nearby NPC deaths; the hotfix addresses that conversation path. Lunka: the tutorial leading could fail to path; the first-nights page tells you to follow that child rather than invent a detour. Uriashi: holy-sword crafting is named as a fix target, which is also evidence that the craft exists in the live build. Controller: dead zone while sprinting is a PC input bug, not a difficulty setting.

Those four lines are the entire published 1.0.2 list captured from Steam news. This page will not pad them with “stability improvements” the studio did not write. If your bug is not Farkas, Lunka, Uriashi, or sprint dead zone, it is not claimed as fixed here.

Apply 1.0.2 before you file a new Lunka pathing clip. If the clip is dated 3 September, it may be launch 1.0.0. If it is dated 5 September and still broken, it is a different bug and does not belong under this heading.

The interaction contract on this page is a three-event timeline with ids gold, launch-1-0-0, and hotfix-1-0-2. Gold copy: Rebel Wolves announced the game had gone gold with a September 3 2026 launch. Launch copy: global release at midnight CEST; Steam store date shows 2 Sep 2026 for some regions. Hotfix copy must keep the four named fixes. Do not rewrite the ids.

Launch 1.0.0

Rebel Wolves set a global release at midnight CEST on 3 September 2026. Steam’s US date shows 2 Sep 2026 because of the timezone split. The store about-this-game copy, the 46 achievements, and the Eclipse DLC 4417550 all shipped with that launch. GeForce NOW was day one. There is no official redeem-code program in the captured news.

If you are comparing “launch build” stories, date them. A clip from 3 September and a clip from 5 September are not the same PC executable once 1.0.2 exists. Console patch cadence is not in the captured PC news row, so this timeline does not pretend to own it.

Available now posts and the gold post are marketing-shaped; they still carry the dates this timeline needs. Older trailer posts were skipped in research after the system, story, and patch-critical announcements were captured. This page does not resurrect them as fake patch nodes.

Uriashi’s holy sword is a craft that existed at launch and needed a hotfix. That is why Sword and hex can mention the craft without a recipe. The recipe is not in the news post. The bug is.

Gone gold

On 15 July 2026 Rebel Wolves announced the game had gone gold with a September 3 2026 launch. That is a manufacturing and certification milestone, not a public build you can download. It sits on the timeline so the gold → launch → hotfix week is visible as three dated events rather than a blur.

Gold does not freeze story. Launch still shipped 46 Steam achievements. The hotfix still had to catch Lunka’s pathing. Treat gold as “the September date is real,” not as “the quest list is frozen in amber.”

Certification gold in July is why September 3 could be printed as a date instead of a window. It is not a public build. Do not look for a gold branch on Steam.

How this wiki names the live build

Every hub kicker and patch surface says Hotfix 1.0.2. Demo, Early Access, and unpublished numeric perk tables are out of scope. If a later 1.0.3 ships, this page should gain a fourth timeline node and the kicker should move. Until then, do not mix a July trailer’s UI with the September hotfix.

Related player tasks: First nights (Lunka), Sword and hex (Uriashi’s holy sword as a named craft), FAQ (the same four bullets in question form). The timeline is the dated spine; those pages are the play advice.

Hub kickers, FAQ answers, and this timeline all say Hotfix 1.0.2 so a player who lands on any of those surfaces gets the same current version. Mixing a demo, an Early Access rumour, or an unpublished perk table into that kicker is a content error, not a style choice.

Gold 2026-07-15, launch-1-0-0 2026-09-03, hotfix-1-0-2 2026-09-04. Those data-patch-id values are the interaction contract. Do not rename them to look prettier. The copy under hotfix must keep Farkas, Lunka, Uriashi, and the controller dead zone while sprinting.

Date every clip you quote. A 3 September capture is launch; a 5 September capture should already know 1.0.2.

Do not mix demo footage, Early Access rumours, or unpublished perk tables into this timeline. Current version is Hotfix 1.0.2. Older pictures are older pictures.
